We’re thrilled to announce a significant milestone in our journey. After three years of hard work, That's Handy is finally in limited public beta. 🚀 Since you signed up early on, you’re among the first invited to download That's Handy now, explore our features, and join us in making every task an opportunity for success. 💡

Being in a public beta phase means you can use That's Handy immediately to find the perfect match for your needs or to find tasks that suit your skills. Please be aware, though, that we are still learning and fine-tuning, so we’re not quite ready to go big just yet. 🐛 Our dedicated team is working tirelessly to iron out the kinks and squash those pesky bugs (though we do like real bugs 🐜), but during this initial phase, you might encounter a few hiccups here and there, and you won’t see too many users on the platform yet as we build and scale

During the public beta:

• Our customer (client) and service provider (merchant) apps are available and fully functional 📱

• Our Merchant Web Portal Is Fully Active

• Our apps are for both iOS and Android 🍏 🤖

• Customer payments are accepted with debit and credit cards, using a secure gateway and Butterfield as our Bank 💳

• Merchant payouts are via secure local bank transfer within a week of completing a task: Service provider bank account details are stored securely using Amazon Web Services. 🏦

If you encounter any issues or bugs or have suggestions or other feedback, please email support@thatshandy.app, and we’ll get back to you. Each bug we find and fix brings us closer to providing you with the seamless experience you deserve. 🛠️

We are committed to continuous improvement. Your feedback during this phase is invaluable - it’s the compass that will guide our development.
